Camiceria Pendant SRL 

We invite you to read the general conditions set out below. These terms and conditions, which may vary over time, are applicable to all users and visitors of www.alimeloepartners.it.

1. Prices

–All prices are inclusive of VAT (22%).

– There are no additional costs other than those clearly indicated in the overall total of the “order summary”

– None of the Alimelo & Partners products are subject to customs duties if shipped within the European Union. They may be subject to the payment of customs duties only if the domicile is located outside the European Union. The actual value of the duties to be paid is calculated by the customs officers when the goods are checked and cannot be calculated a priori. The task of collecting the duties will be entrusted to the courier in charge of the shipment.

Camiceria Pendant SRL reserves the right to make changes regarding the price, description and / or availability of products without notice. Please always check prices before ordering. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities that can be ordered for any product and / or special promotion.

2. Payments

You can choose from the following options:

– PayPal or Credit Card

– Bank transfer

Payment by credit card or Paypal account takes place through the secure systems of Checkout and PayPal, in real time. In both cases, Camiceria Pendant SRL does not acquire the user’s payment data (credit card data or PayPal code). Order processing begins as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.

3. Products

The photos of colors and textures faithfully reflect those of the garments for sale on the site. In some cases, however, colors and textures may appear different live than the presentation on screen. For this we invite you to also refer to the color indicated in the product sheet. For all fabrics indicated as cotton we mean 100% cotton.

4.Customer Care

Camiceria Pendant SRL guarantees complete satisfaction in the purchase. in the event of a defective, damaged or non-compliant garment, Camiceria Pendant SRL will replace it.

5. Shipment

Each order is generally delivered to the courier after 48 working hours. The expedition lasts approximately 2 days throughout Europe and 4 days in the rest of the world. The shipment is entrusted to recognized transport companies and sometimes they could suffer delays not dependent on Camiceria Pendant SRL. Courier deliveries take place at the address specified in the order, so it is preferable to indicate a manned address.

6. Personal informations

Camiceria Pendant SRL is protected by an https security certificate: the information (for example password or credit card number) remains private when sent to this site.

Resolutions and returns

Alimelo & Partners shirts are made manually at our company, respecting what is indicated at the time of order. Camiceria Pendant SRL guarantees you the perfection of each product by taking care of the resolution of any problems.

1. Refund cases

It is possible to request a refund in cases of:

– Manufacturing defects – errors that occur in the manufacturing of the shirt; 

– Non-compliance with the order – production / shipping error with respect to what the user requested at the time of the order.

– Fit – if you are not satisfied with the fit of the model.

2. Exchanges cases

– Size – in case you have ordered a size that does not meet your expectations;

– Model – if you are not satisfied with the nature of the chosen item and want to replace it with another one of equal value.

In all these cases Camiceria Pendant SRL is responsible for the resolution, including shipping to Camiceria Pendant SRL and for the return of the garment.

3. Times for refund request

The refund request can be made within 10 days of receiving the shirt. Your request must be sent by email to [email protected] with a brief description of the problem and a photo. Based on the type of problem, customer care will show you how to proceed.

The intervention is possible only if the shirt has not been used or washed and the seal has been kept intact, unless otherwise indicated by customer care.

In case of return of the garment, the original packaging or any other of adequate size can be used; Camiceria Pendant SRL will collect the garment from the address communicated by express courier.
